Synergy Customer Security Forum Returns to Dublin
Following the success of our customer event in Cork in June, Synergy Security Solutions will bring our next customer forum to Dublin this September.
The event will once again bring together customers, industry professionals and members of the Synergy team to discuss the issues currently shaping security, risk and organisational resilience.
Rather than simply presenting to our customers, the objective is to create an environment where people can share experiences, discuss emerging challenges and explore how security requirements are changing across different sectors.
Topics will include the evolving security landscape, critical infrastructure and resilience, technology, incident management, business continuity and the increasingly important relationship between security and wider organisational risk.
For Synergy, these events form an important part of how we engage with our customers.
Good security starts with good conversations.
Understanding what our customers are experiencing, their challenges, changing risks and operational priorities allows us to continually develop the services, technology and support we provide.
The September event also provides an opportunity to demonstrate some of the technology operating behind Synergy's frontline services, from workforce and patrol management to mobile operations, real-time incident reporting and our 24/7 Control Room.
Most importantly, it is an opportunity to bring our customers together.
