When did you Join Synergy, and what attracted you to the company?
I Joined Synergy in May 2022, I saw this opportunity as a way to move to an exciting & forward thinking company and to an industry that had always interested me.
How have your previous skills helped you in your current role?
I feel my skills were particularly well suited to this position because of my many years of leading teams to perform to the highest standards in a fast paced and demanding retail environment.
How has your experience with the company been since you started?
I have really enjoyed my time so far in Synergy, I now look after over 30 sites within the Cork & Waterford region which has taught me a lot about daily operations of many different types of sites. This along with a lot of exposure to the Recruitment, Coordination, Training & Procedural aspect of the company has been really helpful in my growth in this role.
How would you describe your team?
Our team in the Cork office are extremely hard working & very supportive towards one another to ensure all goals are achieved to the highest standard.
What do you feel is the most interesting element of your role?
The most interesting part of my job is the range of areas we work within and every day there is something new to learn to help you grow in your role.
Do you feel your work and efforts have been recognised? If so, How?
Yes I have had great feedback from Management, Clients & Officers which is fantastic encouragement to continue my efforts.
What advice would you provide to someone interested in joining the security Industry?
I would Highly recommend joining Synergy. Really rewarding career at all levels and huge potential for growth.
