How long have you been working with Synergy, and what attracted you to the company? 

I’ve been working with the company for 5 months. What attracted me at the beginning was the flexibility available within my schedule and exposure to a new industry within an established service provider.

 

How has your experience with the company been since you started? 

Since day one everybody has been supportive, and patient. Every time I have a request or query, I have been listened to and my request has been taken into consideration and discussed.

 

How has your role progressed since joining Synergy? 

Initially, during the early stages of my training, I was closely supervised and provided with guidance to ensure my development and adherence to certain standards. However, as time progressed, I gradually gained more autonomy and earned the trust of those overseeing my progress, allowing me to explore and operate with increased freedom.

 

How would you describe your team?

My team is supportive, kind and patient. They all get interested in how you are doing and how they can help you. Every day brings something new and my team is always supportive in sourcing solutions. 

 

What do you feel is the most interesting element of your role?

I still think the best perk is the flexibility of the shifts.My shift pattern allows for a great work life balance! I even note flexibility in booking my holidays

 

Do you feel your work and efforts have been recognised? If so, How?

In some opportunities I've been asked to do extra shifts, and a fair compensation, and consideration on the matter were noticed 

 

What advice would you provide to someone interested in joining the security Industry? 

In the industry there are so many positions, you need to look for the role that fits the best with you.
