Synergy Spotlight - Keelan Murray
How long have you been working with Synergy, and what attracted you to the company?
I have been working with Synergy for six Months. I was interested in Synergy because I wanted to pursue a career outside of retail and the opportunity for progression. The public reviews and job prospects in the company were all very positive.
How has your experience with the company been since you started?
I have really enjoyed my time here in Synergy. While having the basics at the start of my employment I have learned and progressed so much in this short period of time. I have gained experience in payroll, Operations and in Hr.
How has your role progressed since joining Synergy?
My role in Synergy is constantly progressing. While working for Operations Support I was trained into the payroll department. Through my training I can confidently use our payroll systems, answer employee requests and queries and the general day to day runnings of the account department and recognise and appreciate all the work that goes into it.
How would you describe your team?
The synergy team is lovely to work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No question is disregarded. It is a very warm and welcoming environment
What do you feel is the most interesting element of your role?
I find the challenges of learning and mastering new jobs extremely fulfilling and rewarding.
Do you feel your work and efforts have been recognised? If so, How?
Good work is always appreciated around here, Through personal recognition from your superior and the rewards system set in place for a job well done.
What advice would you provide to someone interested in joining the security Industry?
I would advise anyone interested in the Security Industry to use initiative and learn all they can from each job to gain as much experience and progression as possible to further your skills.
