What attracted you to the company?

It’s important to know before you start in a company what type of culture the company has.

I remember reading a phrase about the Synergy’'s mission and values and what type of culture it embraces:

“We embrace the diversity of our employees, their ideas and culture."

Synergy’s support of diversity and inclusion of different cultures was the main reason I wanted to work at Synergy.

 

How has your experience with the company been since you started?

Exciting, because every day I have a new challenge! For example, the language was a key challenge but with a lot of dedication in my studies, and experience in the workplace, I’m advancing positively.

 

How has your role progressed since joining Synergy?

I feel like I have evolved exponentially. For example, when I started working, I began working as a static security officer, but in a few months I progressed to Mobile Patrol Supervisor. In this role I have acquired new skills and knowledge allowing for my development within the Industry. 

 

How would you describe your team?

Like a football team! Each team member has its own function, but everyone has the same purpose, to win the game! Which in our case is to perform a quality job. 

 

What do you think is the most interesting element of your role?

Responsibility. We are working with important companies, and these respected companies trust us with the responsibility of taking care of their assets. And this is thoroughly rewarding.

 

What advice would you provide to someone interested in joining the Security Industry?

There are vast opportunities for progression and development in the security area!
