Synergy Spotlight - Agnieszka Kolinska
How long have you been working with Synergy, and what attracted you to the company?
I have been working for Synergy since June 2021. The biggest attraction to be working with Synergy were new opportunities and challenges. As I came from private practice after 16 years it was a big achievement for me to find my place in the industry. I wanted to improve my career, improve my skills and just found the right place.
How has your experience with the company been since you started?
I found the people at Synergy very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The wonderful Synergy team helped with all the new systems and prepared me to be an independent Administrator in the company.
How has your role progressed since joining Synergy?
I am working with a big company now all over the world and it is so beautiful to have contact with all our employees, customers and suppliers. I also think that my role in a company is constantly progressing as we are developing new systems and new solutions to make sure our employees and customers are happy.
How would you describe your team?
My team is very friendly, helpful and supportive. As my motto is “there are no stupid questions, stupidity is not asking” from the first day I have started in Synergy I was not afraid to ask about anything.Team would never leave me without 100% answers and solutions.
What do you feel is the most interesting element of your role?
I am working with big companies all over the world. I found that my role in the company is even more interesting if there are so many wonderful people around. I found that challenges keep me busy and make me happy coming to work everyday. Office work can be very interesting and days go by so quickly.
Do you feel your work and efforts have been recognised? If so, How?
I feel that I am a part of the company and a great team and my work is paid off. I am recognised by the management and my team and feel that this is a right place for me.
What advice would you provide to someone interested in joining the security Industry?
I would say to anyone “don't be afraid to start new things in your life” . Life is too short to spend it in places that underestimate your knowledge and your possibilities. Give yourself a chance and you will not regret it.
