As LGBTQ+ is an umbrella term it is therefore inclusive to many different sexualities and gender identities. Synergy recognises that there are many ways we can ensure all individuals are supported in their place of work through our inclusive and diverse initiatives:


  • Making LGBTQ+ a core part of our diversity & inclusion policy
  • We also ensure that all our policies are LGBTQ+ inclusive such as parental leave, adoptive leave and pensions.
  • We offer LGBTQ+ training as part of our equality and diversity training for our supervisors and managers to ensure they are educated and equipped in deal with any LGBTQ+ issues.
