IPAS Centre Access Control Information

You are entering a IPAS direct provision center as a result it of vital importance you adhere to the following visitor guidelines provided below throughout the course of your visit. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following process and procedures. Should you have any queries please liaise with our representative who will provide support and assistance. 

 

 

All visitors please be aware of the following

  • Visitor credentials must be worn at all times while onsite  
  • Visitors are permitted only in designated communal areas (e.g., reception, dining hall, meeting room, or designated visitor space).
  • Resident bedrooms or private living quarters are strictly off-limits,
  • Access to staff-only areas (administration offices, security posts, kitchens, or medical rooms) is prohibited unless authorised.
  • Visitors must remain with the resident or staff escort at all times while in the centre.

All persons entering with a vehicle must be aware of the following; 

  • Log your vehicle details within the access form 
  • Adhere to the onsite speed limit of 10 km 
  • Remain vigilant as you are entering a residential environment 
  • Only park in dedicated parking areas 

All contractors authorised to conduct works onsite must be aware of the following

 

  • Access is only permitted within the designated areas 
  • Access to restricted areas such as private living quarters must have authorisation of Management 
  • Work Permits must be supplied and approved prior to works taking place 

Visitors & Contractors must respect the privacy and dignity of all residents.

  • Photography, video recording, or audio recording within the premises is prohibited.
  • Visitors must not share, publish, or disclose any personal information, observations, or interactions relating to residents, staff, or operations. 
  • Any information learned during the visit is considered confidential and protected under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). 
  • Breach of confidentiality or failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises and restrictions on future access.
