Do you have the drive and ambition to work within International Organisations across multiple sectors as an administrative professional? Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join our leadership and support team based in our Cork branch office. 

 

Position Details; 

Location: Cork City

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Type: Permanent - Non Hybrid

Responsibilities; 

  • Managing and maintaining personnel schedules
  • Assisting the Management team on administration tasks
  • Managing and maintaining company operational platforms 
  • Managing workload effectively
  • Communicating with employees  
  • Maintaining, updating and retrieving data
  • Supporting various company departments
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls

 

Role Requirements;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software.

 

General requirements;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work off own initiative
