Position Details; 

Location: Cork 

Schedule: Shift based- Days and Nights- Weekdays and Weekends

Role Type: Permanent - Non Hybrid

Salary: € 35000 annually

Responsibilities; 

  • Incident Management & Escalation
  • Operational Deployment 
  • Patrol Response & Dispatch 
  • Employee Monitoring 
  • Assisting the Management team on administration tasks
  • Managing and maintaining company operational platforms
  • Managing workload effectively
  • Communicating with employees & clients
  • Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company's platforms
  • Preparing Operational & Clients Reports
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
  • Supporting various company departments

 

Role Requirements;

  • Minimum 6 months industry experience
  • English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
  • Valid work permit / visa (If Applicable)
  • Basic IT Skills 

 

General Requirements;

  • Ability to conduct a shift based roster schedule 
  • Availability for both weekdays & weekends shift schedule 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work off own initiative
