Position Details; 

Location: Co Cork 

Schedule: Night shifts 

Role Type: Permanent - Non remote 

Salary: € 36000

Responsibilities;

  • Supporting branch Operations 
  • Conduct Supervisory Welfare checks
  • Responding to and escalating incidents / occurrences 
  • Managing and maintaining operational systems & platforms
  • Support the setup and process of systems and reporting platforms 
  • Being aware of and comply with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Conducting internal & external audits inline with company quality standards 
  • Supporting the operational management team with Operations duties & responsibilities  
  • Conduct further training and development as required 
  • Managing and leading contract appointed Supervisors 
  • Support and conduct new contract start-ups per company process and procedure

 

Role Requirements;

  • Previous experience of working within the security industry.
  • Strong People Management Skills, including previous managerial experience (desirable).
  • Being Team-oriented.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Being highly organized.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach, constantly seeking improvements in processes and technologies, including sourcing new technologies/work practices as may be required for business improvement from time to time.

 

General Requirements;

  • Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Being able to work effectively on one’s own initiative
